Not technically. Under the Alien Enemies Act any group operating in a militaristic action against the US can be removed. Non citizens and illegals deported and citizens charged with treason, denaturalized and deported. Islam operates as separate foreign government, VERY militaristic in nature, that claims they operate under Sharia Law.
