आज रात मैंने चिरैया देखा , जितनी चर्चा चल रही हैं उसके लायक तो नहीं हैं , लेकिन जो टॉपिक उठाने की कोशिश की गई हैं , उसे थोड़ा और अच्छे से दिखाया का सकता था ! बिना सहमति के शारीरिक सम्बन्ध बनाना बिल्कुल भी सही नहीं हैं , चाहे वो पत्नी ही क्यों न हो ! लेकिन शादी करना भी तो सहमति ही है न , क्योंकि शादी के बाद शारीरिक सम्बन्ध बनता हैं ये सबको पता हैं और यही सदियों से लड़का लड़की दोनों को बताया गया हैं ! अगर इसके ऊपर कोई सख्त कानून बना दिया जाए तो मर्द के गले में फंदा डालने जैसा हो जाएगा , मर्द कैसे साबित करेगा कि संबंध आपसी सहमति से बनाया गया था ? अगर पति पत्नी में थोड़ा भी मनमुटाव हुआ तो तुरंत बलात्कार का मुकदमा दर्ज हो जाएगा , जैसे आजकल दहेज और घरेलू हिंसा के लगाए जा रहे है ! सरकार को इस पर काफी विचार विमर्श के बाद फैसला लेना होगा !
