After working closely with beta testers for one week, I believe we have the ticket to solving "slop" in LLM output once and for all.
It's still just a tiny 14b parameter model (so it's a bit chaotic), but it's fine-tuned with a specific technical innovation (discovered by @rosmine) that we think will scale into highly controllable custom styles.
Most users can feel immediately the prose is unlike anything they've seen before from an LLM. It's a bit too wild still, but even in one week we've tamed it substantially product-wise.
We're not launching publicly yet but I'll onboard you via DM if you agree to give feedback in the Discord.

i moved "Closed-loop" product repair closer to productized. Fable makes it newly possible to speed-run through backlogs of issues and close bugs and paper cuts almost as soon as they're opened.

Last time I checked this was the only Markdown based note taking app with a nice WYSIWYG editor.
App by @Shpigford had it for a moment, but then he reverted to simpler file-editing app.
Also @linuz90’s app is nice but has source code/preview only.
Also this might be outdated because I was away for a week which is like a decade these days.

I haven't written about @tolariamd over the last few days, so here is some update — also for people who haven't tried it in a while. TL;DR I am really happy about it. Tolaria is used daily by thousands of engineers, many of which in a team setting, not just personal! I get a ton of feedback all the time — the product board has an insane 140+ feature requests, diligently upvoted and commented by users. Engineers are the best! Over the last month, things have improved a lot. Here are some highlights: • AI integration has been redesigned from scratch — it now lives in a new panel that supports chat history, common actions like undo/fork, and more. We’re in a golden era of work right now.

Steal this workflow:
1. Ask Codex, Claude, or @every’s Plus One to pull together your emails, to-do list, and slack messages into a format you can review. every.to/plus-one
2. Download @usemonologue and go for a walk. Start recording a note.
3. Look at your list from #1 and work through it just saying what you want to do or say. Doesn’t matter the format — the AI will figure out what you meant.
4. In whatever tool you chose in #1, in the same thread, connect that tool to Monologue using Monologue’s CLI. github.com/EveryInc/monol…
5. Tell it to pull your most recent note, organize responses in a web app that you can review. Tweak anything.
6. Tell it to execute.
Unreal workflow that everyone will doing eventually. You can just do it a few years before everyone else.
