‼️Update on SC/ST act‼️ The Allahabad High Court has held that merely addressing a person by their caste - without any intent to humiliate or intimidate - should not be considered an offence under SC/ST Act. The court said that: "Addressing someone by their caste in the absence of any intent to insult does not constitute an offence under the law. Consequently, continuing criminal proceedings under the SC/ST Act would amount to an abuse of the law." This is an important verdict, and should be kept in mind while registering cases under this act!!

As if the SC/ST Act were not enough to destroy the lives of GCs and OBCs, the government is now arming SC, ST, and Buddhist communities by providing free army training and instruction in the use of arms and ammunition. Very bad times lie ahead for the remaining Hindus. The Government of Maharashtra is implementing comprehensive rifle and military training programs, including a three-month residential pre-recruitment course for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Nav-Buddhist communities, as well as a school-level initiative.

Mamta Mishra, principal of Subeam School in Hardoi, has been booked under the SC/ST Act. This is ridiculous. She may have been rude, ill-mannered, and unfit for the role of an educator, and people across castes rightly called out her conduct, I too did explicitly, but invoking the SC/ST Act here is an overreach. She absolutely did not use any casteist slurs against the parents. Cases like these will push people to start viewing every controversy through a caste lens before speaking. Why would any GC call out any non-castist bad behaviour by another GC against a Dalit if there’s a risk it could be twisted and lead to disproportionate repercussions under the SC/ST Act? Now some dedh-hoshiyar will say that her behaviour comes from her castist mindset. Absolute nonsense! By that standard, literally any interaction can be twisted into an SC/ST case, an argument, a scolding, failed in exam, rejected proposal, even an accident, just by claiming hidden bias. Second, Law deals with actions, not mind-reading. Unless there is a clear caste-based act, like a slur, humiliation, or targeted discrimination, there’s no legal basis. Turning every bad behaviour into a caste issue only weakens genuine cases and makes the law look arbitrary.

You may like him or not, fact remains, NO PM in Bharat’s history has worked half as hard as @narendramodi, the man must have 48 hours in his day! The way he travels, works, addresses huge rallies, sometimes 3 a day and still manages to be on top of the PMO is something else. Nagpur Municipal Corporation's New Scam: 👉 NMC recovered penalty from garbage operators for their poor performance. 👉 NMC used Rs 2.5 crore from that penalty to purchase 25 auto-tippers and handed them back to the same operators! ❗ What does this mean? Penalty recovered → Returned back to operators = ZERO accountability 👉 As per contract, it is mandatory for operators to purchase auto-tippers and machinery from their own funds. 👉 Yet, NMC is spending public money to fulfill contractors’ responsibilities! ⚠️ This is not new: Earlier, NMC spent Rs 30 crore on Garbage Transfer Stations, which was also the responsibility of operators under contract. 💥 Clear pattern: Public money is being used to benefit private contractors again and again. @nitin_gadkari @Dev_Fadnavis @NitinRaut_INC @VikasThakreINC @ngpnmc @nmccommissioner @drvipinitankar
