I now use Ownly 90% of the times, but the times I fall back to Zomato or Swiggy they never fail to disappoint me with CS. If 1 of my 50 orders is having an issue, they you have to take that into consideration and make it right for me. Not send corporate jargon after I put efforts

There is no real path to resolution anymore.
Something goes wrong. You carry the loss.
