@SurreyLibraries Thank you so much. I’m afraid not. I have tried that multiple time already. I’ve also tried on multiple devices and through a web browser on the Press Reader site. All with the same result. It won’t give me access to newspapers without a premium subscription.

@SurreyLibraries hi, registered at Guildford Library and been using PressReader service for over a year. As of last week I have been unable to download newspapers on it - just asks me to upgrade to premium subscription. Is service no longer offered by Surrey Lib?

@SurreyLibraries Thanks - I know how to use it as I’ve been using it for several years now. There is a problem with the access PR are now giving Surrey Library users - the library account no longer gives access to e newspapers. Can you try testing it yourself with an account login (not hotspot)?

@OctopusEnergy hi, I’ve been on the Outgoing Octopus tariff since 19 June but no credit for all the electricity I’ve been generating since then on my last two bills covering this period - around £60 worth. Please can you investigate and get this fixed?
