Had another terrible experience with this awful airline @flyspicejet - they delayed the flight by nearly 12 hours and left my luggage in Delhi. Flight was SG 8152 from Delhi to Guwahati. Absolutely the worst airline I've ever dealt with.

@UberINSupport The response was not helpful. This is not how you resolve any issue by saying, that you can't do anything. Arrange a call back, I need to speak to a senior person in your team.

@Uber_India Hi, I used the Uber service for a trip yesterday and Unfortunately, I inadvertently made an extra payment of 8523 rs to the driver's UPI account after completion of the trip. This was not intentional, and I am reaching out to seek your assistance in rectifying this situation.

I am at the airport, 5 hours early, reading the itinerary and checking my schedule. Who am I? P.S. - I may or may not have reserved my ride 7 days in advance.
