@liIpochaco British people always have this mental illness. Worked at a place with a lot of them as customers briefly. One wanted their plate in the oven before serving, another would send back freshly cooked food to be put in the microwave for 5 minutes.

customers order a pizza. we make them from scratch, wood fired oven, etc. deliver it to the table as SOON as it gets done. i can feel how hot it is with my own hands. they tell me “it’s cold.” lol. okay. put it back in the oven, return to table: “it’s too hot.” right right…..

In 2024, Ed released 2 days after Capcom Cup and with a balance patch. 3 months later, Akuma came out with a "Major" balance patch. This year, Alex released 2 days after Capcom Cup and with a balance patch. I think Ingrid will release with a "Major" balance patch in 2-3 months.

Another topic that divides Thai Twitter down the middle - visa agents. For me, they can provide a good service but they're a last resort - to be considered if I am physically unable to go to immigration (and even then I'd probably send a family member) I just hate letting my passport out of my sight. I've always been this way. MT @FPetet My friend has used an agent several times to extend his retirement visa without problems. In December he used the same agent again, but still hasn't received his passport back. He is close to 90 days overstay if they haven't already done the extension. He calls every day, but is met with excuses. "Staff gone home". " hasn't arrived yet.", but no promise on when it will arrive. He is now at his wits end because he is powerless to do anything.

@luxemiaa That's an airline problem: they are in charge of making sure there are no unaccompanied infants. You should not have to pay extra to comply with airline regulations, those are included in the ticket. And they are happy you are blaming other customers instead of them.

Everyone in the FGC is refreshing the timeline waiting for patch notes. You are literally letting a PDF decide if you are allowed to win this season. A balance update can't patch your match awareness. Stop waiting for the devs to save you.

Just started a job at Chipotle and today was my first real shift. They sent me to the back to wash dishes and I walked in to a mountain of them piled up. I’m talking sinks full, racks full, everything. I literally said ‘there’s no way you expect one person to wash all of this.’ Manager basically told me if I didn’t finish them all I’d be sent home and probably fired. I didn’t sign up to be the entire dish crew by myself. I get doing your part, but dumping an entire shift’s worth of dishes on someone who just started feels completely crqzy. I honestly don’t understand how places think this is okay.”
