@RadissonHotels just back from my girlfriends birthday weekend in Oslo at the Blu Plaza and had a horrible experience with the bath flooding the room and being told it’s because “I took the plug out too quickly”

@northernassist so we get the first train from Victoria to Littleborough that’s not been cancelled. Told twice by train staff on the platform it’s going to Littleborough. The train sets off and the tannoy says it’s not stopping at littleborough

@EE the most ridiculous process for activating an esim. Phone upgrade and transfer of info. esim to new phone. Deletes from old phone. New phone needs a pin sent to mobile number to activate. There's no active esim so I have to wait for a QR code in the post! 🤬

A stupid returns process 😤 In error returned 1 jumper from 1 order in with another order. Both orders arrived same day. Have to wait for jumper to be returned to me to post back to M & S😝 costing M & S more in postage. I apologised, so not good service from @marksandspencer 🤬
