$60,000 down on a $300,000 rental property controls a $300,000 asset. That same $60,000 in the stock market controls $60,000. The bank will never offer you that deal on a stock. They've been telling you which asset they trust more for hundreds of years.

This is going to sound insane if you haven't been closely connected to Default Kings over the last 6 months. But yes - we have made some major changes to further align the entire organization with the company mission so that we can be best equipped to serve Christian Business Owners as the highest possible level. Because, I'm sorry but - Christian Business owners are not the same as any overweight Christian man. Christian business owners have unique stressors in the area of physical stewardship. Christian business owners have unique stumbling blocks. Christian business owners quite frankly don't have the same level of mental bandwidth has any Christian man - you're running a business, or businesses - while raising a family. Christian business owners don't have the same standards as any Christian man. And, as a Christian business owner - the reality is, you have a lot more to risk. You can't waste, months or potentially years building your physical stewardship on a rocky foundation. Heck, you can't even waste minutes engaging with an organization that is not absolutely built to meet your unique needs. So - before I give you more clarity about the changes we've made here at Default Kings. We need to be very real about something... If any old guy wants to lose some weight, the reality is, they could go to any fitness coaching organization, and if they want it to be faith based, there are plenty of Christian fitness guys who will slap Bible verses on top of your meal plan. Plenty of Christian fitness guys who've got a cross somehow built into their logo. Plenty Christian fitness guys who will tell you that gluttony is a sin. Plenty of Christian fitness guys who will scream "iron sharpens iron" with no actual education, experience, or 6 years and 13,000+ hours of consulting to actually see the fruit of the advice that they give. Plenty of Christian fitness guys who just care about fitness and happen to go to church. You see the problem is not a lack of access to information or potential support systems. It's being able to fully integrate into a support system that aligns with your identity. Because on one end you can invest into the high-end business masterminds to get a healthy dose of New Age woo woo, self-help, garbage motivation. On the other end, you can plug into church groups who might absolutely focus on the spiritual, but with no conviction or standards, or even understanding of all the stress that you're carrying and the true seriousness of the mission God has called you into. You can try to piece together the woo woo self-help with an effective workout plan and sustainable nutrition, but then you're juggling three different pieces of the puzzle that don't integrate with one another, the bandwidth becomes overwhelming - and ultimately you determine that it's not even worth your time. You push off prioritizing this another six months or another year. Tell yourself you'll take care of it once the bandwidth frees up. But it never does because you continue taking on responsibility. And so what you need is not "Christian fitness Coaching" - you need a proven effective ecosystem of education, support, and systems to automate the effectiveness of your nutrition and training, while delivering a biblical foundation for the mindset shifts to create permanent discipline that has already been filtered through thousands of men before you. And one that you can truly integrate into your life because it's aligned with your God-given identity. It's aligned with your standards. It doesn't try to convince you that fitness matters more than your business - it helps you steward your body well so that your body is an asset in your God-given mission. You cannot be the guinea pig. You cannot just join something because the owner happens to be Christian. You need certainty. You need a community where the culture is aligned so that you're actually drawn to plug-in and be held accountable. Anyone from @livgolf_league who wants to return to the @PGATOUR should have a pathway back. Give $10 million to charity, to start with. Spend one year on @KornFerryTour, unless you sued the TOUR. Then it's $20 million to charity and two years mandatory on Korn Ferry with return only if in the top 20 Korn Ferry. Otherwise, have to play out of Past Champs category (if having won and not resigned membership). Majors are still OK to play, if eligible, but a win in a major will not result in automatic restoration of TOUR membership or status. Still gotta play Korn Ferry. They took easy money.
