@DICKS tried to setup an online return but customer service said it was over 90 days…however they cited the order date as the start date even though your own policy cites the shipping date as the start time so I was still within 90 days when I made the request

It is always good to have a clear understanding of the options for you trade. If the promotion is for devices that can be damaged, you can still trade your phone. @VerizonSupport initiating an upgrade/trade-in, website only asks me about the battery. It does not ask about other damage, my phone is free of cracks, however there is a white line down my screen (possibly dead pixels?) when it is turned on. Will this affect the trade in?
