Just received from Al Cochrane CEO of TW:
We are clearing airlocks in the system that are affecting a number of customers (c1300). We expect to clear these this afternoon. Aiming to have all customers back in supply as Shalford ramps up to normal output

21.50 Update: Just got a message from Alan Cochrane, TW CEO that all customers should have water supply resumed as normal from midday tomorrow

20 minutes and I should have water🤔 – other than in one of the (now three) bottled water sites.
3 sites, and how many people are affected?
When you call Alan to find out what's gone wrong, explain that thousands into 3 isn't good enough.👍🏻

Until this morning there were just 2 bottled water stations for an estimated 20,000.

With mathematical skills like that, it's hardly surprising Thames Water ran up £14,300,000,000 in debt....But as long as the shareholders are happy, eh?🤬

@gazza_d I'm angry at Pink Floyd, but not for wokeness, because they are running an animation competition and claiming copyright on all entries whether an entrant wins or not. It's imagery and ideas harvesting dressed up as a competition, and it sucks.

@CenterParcsUK Nothing more than images harvesting. Anyone entering should know that this gives Center Parcs the rights to use and sell their images in advertising while not paying you a penny.

@quazidom @SurreyRoadCops @TfL RL jumping is wrong. But of pedestrians injured on London by red light jumpers, 71% were injured by drivers. Only 4% but people riding bikes. So while some jump red lights, it's those in cars that who injure vastly more people.

@SurreyRoadCops @TfL Laying the rules out against penalising drivers is one thing,,how about the ongoing national issue of a high number of cyclists,not all, disregarding a red traffic light and carrying on regardless ? Works both ways.

Really positive to see @TfL improving safety for vulnerable road users.
Motorists: it’s not mandatory for a cyclist to use a cycle lane, there is often good reason not to - too narrow, pot holes, debris, drains etc.
Give vulnerable road users space when passing.

@sexandtheswiss For me, it's when it's within the transition between 1 hour 30 min chunks after I wake–circadian rhythms innit. This is usually 1:30pm or 3pm for me, then I set my alarm for 25 mins and relax. PS, If you call them 'controlled recovery periods' you don't sound like lazybum 🤣
