@British_Airways delayed flights & lost luggage both ways on my trip to New York, ending with the final flight being cancelled, phoned customer support to have a super rude member of your team tell me all they could do is give me the number to Heathrow Airport & hang up on me.

@AmazonHelp I did, I ordered a second time today because you assured me you'd be able to deliver after you went to the wrong location this morning. The driver then pressed the intercom & then got into his car after we buzzed him up. Terrible service!

So disappointed after @AmazonUK went to totally the wrong place with my PrimeNow order this morning, had to reorder the basket only for the driver to press the intercom then leave when we buzzed him in. Guess my sister isn't getting her birthday present today. #letdown

@AmazonHelp I've already spent over an hour on the phone to your team today, refund or gift card are the options. What's the point in offering two-hour delivery windows if you can't make them?

@HubSpotSupport I read this, and it looks like I can only do that based on a landing page. I can't see 'design tools' or 'website pages'. I wanted it to be site wide. Is there any way to create a smart form on our own existing pages?

@SofiNewsham Hey Sofi! You should be able to set up Smart Forms based on list membership. You can create a list of contacts who've submitted certain forms and/or viewed specific URLs < create a smart rule based on the list! Hey @HubSpotSupport I'm setting up some forms (professional subscription) and I can't find a way to limit forms to only show to people who haven't seen certain other forms. I don't want marketing overload for my users, can you please help?

Nice work @Ryanair. No info about our delayed Seville flight apart from 'update at x'. It's getting to the point that the cost of RA isn't worth the hassle. The juice is no longer worth the squeeze
