PS: I'm not bashing these other companies. I'd like for the larger sensors to come here too. And I know there are many great phones, Vivo, Oppo, I get it. I'm just saying that Pixel phones for example, they were giving the best photos for like 3-5 years on inferior sensors. Sensor sizes aren't everything. Optimization is key, and sometimes that happens when using the same sensors for a season. Google proved that. So I'm hoping we get more and more technology from these companies, and I want that, and I'm GRATEFUL for these companies innovating, but I'm also not mad at slower adoption, considering Samsung is so top tier at other things that it makes up for the minor things they are behind on.

The internet is WRONG about the cameras on the S26 Ultra. They say Samsung downgraded the S26 Ultra cameras, because they saw the 3x lens is smaller. In reality, the physical sensor inside the S26 Ultra (1/3.2") is actually larger than the S25 Ultra's sensor. However, Samsung is taking that 12MP canvas and cropping into the center 10 megapixels for the final image, which means it has an effective optical format of 1/3.94". The other two sensors have more light going to the lenses.
