Today my 74 year old mother travelling by herself from Cochin was harassed by an on ground @airindia staff. No hand baggage and yet, she was forced to pay for a 1 kg extra! Ground staff was rude, didn’t give her name and banged the phone on me when I tried to speak! Shame !

@airindia Your standard response was absolutely not acceptable! Mom was unaccompanied senior citizen, she could not carry any hand baggage and still she was charged for 1 kg extra along with rude and unacceptable behaviour of ground staff @airindia

@drmpune @RailwaySeva @sdmepa Reference the train journey on 11139 - from CSMT to HPT on April 30. Class 1A . The stink from the toilets, the dirty linen , very badly maintained coupe and not a single attendant around. For a total fare of INR8556 i am shocked at the operation of Indian Railways
