Over the past one week, my family has gone through one of the most emotionally difficult phases of our lives. There were moments of pain, anxiety, helplessness and deep emotional strain. I want to reassure every well-wisher, supporter and karyakarta that there has been no wrongdoing from our side. We have complete faith in the legal process and truth will ultimately prevail. At the same time, I request everyone to understand that this is a personal family matter and we will continue to fight it legally with complete faith in the judiciary and justice system. दिल्ली में एक महिला के साथ चलती बस में गैंगरेप की घटना ने पूरे देश को शर्मसार कर दिया है। ये शर्मनाक घटना रानी बाग इलाके से सामने आई है। पीड़िता के मुताबिक- वह फैक्ट्री से काम कर घर लौट रही थी और उसने रास्ते में एक बस कंडक्टर से टाइम पूछा। इसी दौरान कंडक्टर ने महिला को बस में खींच लिया, जहां महिला के साथ दो घंटे तक आरोपियों ने दरिंदगी को अंजाम दिया। चलती बस में महिला मदद के लिए चिल्लाती रही, जान की भीख मांगती रही लेकिन आरोपियों ने उसकी एक न सुनी, उल्टा बेरहमी से मारपीट भी की। आखिर में आरोपियों ने महिला को गंभीर हालत में सड़क पर फेंक दिया। ये घटना देश की राजधानी में ध्वस्त कानून व्यवस्था के साथ महिला सुरक्षा के दावों की भी पोल खोलती है। दिल्ली में 'डबल इंजन' की सरकार है, लेकिन BJP महिलाओं को सुरक्षा देने में नाकाम साबित हो रही है। शर्मनाक!!

I am neither a judge nor the police. I am just a citizen expressing my opinion in a democracy. I clearly said — let the law take its own course in the case related to Bandi Sanjay’s son The police will investigate and take action accordingly. Nobody is above the law. Then why this much panic? Why this much harassment, abuse, and continuous targeting from BRS supporters? Please wait for the investigation. If anyone is guilty, they should be punished as per law. But trying to silence or harass someone for speaking responsibly is completely wrong.
