Going on 5 hours of @Xfinity customer support, with a mixture of phone calls and Twitter AND app chat, 7 different agents and they still have not solved my problem. I’m a patient woman, but this is next level testing.

Six hours of customer service and nothing offered for the inconvenience. Not to mention that simultaneously Netflix and Hulu aren’t working on the TV. This customer service is absolutely horrific and terrible.

@TSA At @EWRairport confiscated my 82 year old uncle’s portable @Bose speaker we gifted him from his carryon. All he wanted to do is listen to some frank sinatra when he got back home. That’s some messed up ish right there.

CA raised the minimum wage. We increased paid sick leave. Provided more paid family leave. Expanded child care. And this year, we will be the first state to provide health for all, regardless of immigration status. That’s the California Way.
