I’m down for a leadership change at my football club My only concern is , how long would it take to see blue co out? Loopholes may exist that allow for ownership change which is good. But this doesn’t equate to being a quick fix overnight. Another thing to consider is who replaces them? Clearlake were the best out of a bad bunch that included Radcliffe and citadel competition, the other was a bid from that reform guy as well. Hoping Elon musk?? Or any Saudi investor can front the money for a club that can’t secure a stadium, top sponsor dollars and consistent European football, isn’t a language that screams profit potential to these types of people An internal takeover could also be a quicker possibility that leads to Ownership change too This magnitude of change isn’t an over night thing, would it happen in time for the summer ? No, realistically summer 2027 would be the time to see this level of change actualise The reality is sadly these lot are here for now I think real fierce fucking pressure on the direction, strategy and personnel at the club could force serious reconsideration around this youth first, titles later strategy I just feel like using fan power for realistic outcomes is gonna satisfy everyone and actually lead to real outcomes that lead to the change we want now, not blue co out which leads to change in the future I thought we’re all tired of waiting for the future now?
