As a business class flyer, my luggage has still not returned to me even after 6 days!! Utterly poor management and service by emirates. I am highly disappointed!! Its literally the worst airline ever.

@emirates @EmiratesSupport Emirates has LOST my checked in luggage. They have the worst customer support ever where they are spreading misinformation about my bag and causing confusion, anxiety and harassment. They have no sense of accountability and treat customers like shit.

Worst customer care experience with @Pepperfry! Literally no way to communicate with them. Sent multiple emails and raised multiple complaints, still no reply! Utterly disappointed in your services! You send us a defective product TWICE and take NO responsibility for it.
