Today the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence begins. There will be the Mayor's Proclamation & some speakers at the Launch, in the Mayors Offices at City Hall Nov. 25, at 2 pm. We will be collecting dry or canned food for the Food Bank. Please come and wear purple!

I presented a petition in the House of Commons to raise awareness of this important issue, but Pierre Poilievre heckled me throughout the time I was speaking, trying to drown me out.
