It's been 347 days since Youtube terminated my channel because apparently my content was "violating the hate speech policy" without showing a single piece of evidence. -NO specific violation -NO video link I followed every policy and Community guidelines. My content was simple, minecraft videos centered on walking to the Far Lands in version beta 1.7.3 which ONLY 13 people have done and i wanted to become one of them. No AI spam. No warnings. No policy risks. Youtube took away the dream i wanted to complete. Every creator that goes viral on X gets their channel unbanned, a simple "it was our mistake" and everything is fixed. I had 200+ videos, 5 years worth of channel with 1600 subs and one day, just like that, everything was gone. Appeal was also rejected in under 5 minutes. I still have some videos stored on my PC with proof. Small creators like me matter. We don't deserve to get treated like this. Creator @MaNameBin confirmed they spent $1000 and went with ‘WBS Legal’ to get their channel reinstated. 🤝 After YouTube’s AI wrongfully TERMINATED it without due process. They’re pretty well known in Europe for going after big tech platforms (YouTube, Google, Meta, Twitch, etc.) when creators or businesses get hit with bans, demonetization, takedowns, or account terminations. WBS regularly takes international clients, even outside the EU. Not endorsing this path. Not a solution for most. But the fact that LAWYERS are becoming the only reliable escalation path is evidence that the normal appeal system is functionally broken. @TeamYouTube @reneritchie

✅ YOUTUBE REINSTATED ME! AND I’M LOSING MY MIND RIGHT NOW!!! @TeamYouTube thank you! This was honestly the worst month of my life. Thank you to everyone who helped share my case. Not sure if my activity here on X made a difference, but this is another reminder that sooner or later, if your channel is clean, it can be reinstated. Just keep sharing your story and back it up with evidence. It really feels like I went to hell and back. From what I understand, it may take a few days for all the stats to fully update, but right now it looks like everything is coming back. Last month’s revenue is there, memberships are unpaused. AdSense just hasn’t updated yet. The biggest lesson I’ve learned from this whole mess: never put all your eggs in one basket. I’m going to start expanding my audience and building communities here on X, on Facebook, and elsewhere. Hopefully YouTube won’t nuke me again just for linking to my socials in video descriptions... That said, this will be my last post about terminations. If you’re not into US politics, feel free to unfollow. I’m planning to shift my content topics going forward. Thanks again to YouTube, thanks to everyone who supported me, and I truly hope your story ends as well as mine did.

Still being ignored by @TeamYouTube and @YouTube. I don’t get this double standard, why they reinstate others channels, but some are totally ignored. I know they have my details and my ID since I was accepted for YPP so because I am Romanian, they don’t consider my passport strong enough. @TeamYouTube this is discrimination!

Let me get this straight: 13-year-old makes silly comment (as 13-year-olds do) Gets banned Grows up, becomes adult creator Builds successful channel for years YouTube's AI: "Wait, this is the same person from a decade ago!" Destroys entire channel Make it make sense. Luckily this creator didn't give up after a whole year of fighting. But so many people would give up and stay banned for life over this nonsense.
