Solo Que ranked matchmaking feels absolutely trash. You win 2 or 3 games in a row and you’ll get that level 1 bronze on your team that drops 0-5 kills in 5 rounds of control. So. Consistently.

Aim assist directly correlates with TTK in COD. NO, it's not the reason the TTK is too fast - guns need some work. But if people aren't missing shots with weapons that do loads of damage, then it's going to feel twice as fast than if they were missing. HOWEVER, I do not think AA needs a change. There needs to be less gun smoke, better lit areas, zero bloom-like mechanics, no randomized weapon sway when aiming down, no backward weapon movement while strafing, etc. These are all mechanics that IMPROVE the experience for controller players as well. I don't think it's much to ask, seeing as it's things they're ADDING that weren't in previous titles. Every time a KBM player even mentions problems like this, they're hit with "switch to controller if it's that easy." I DID. I have multiple times. I have a list of reasons for why I don't do it. But being bad at the game isn't one of them. I LOVE THIS GAME. Doesn't mean it doesn't need work. Just because one thing is true, doesn't mean something else can't be as well. I might like waffles, but it doesn't mean I hate pancakes. Anyway, not responding to the other thread. This is more accurate for how I feel.
