Theyre using:
Mark price is the median of the following prices:
1) Oracle price plus a 150 second exponential moving average (EMA) of the difference between Hyperliquid's mid price and the oracle price
2) The median of best bid, best ask, last trade on Hyperliquid
3) Median of Binance, OKX, Bybit, Gate IO, MEXC perp mid prices with weights 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, respectively.
Therefore in effect only prices (1) and (2) can be used for the mark price, while (3) can never affect the mark price (under the current conditions). The "fix" has had absolutely no impact on the market. This is v different from what was expected based on the announcement.

Idk if right now (timing is hard) but as BTC is >100k or >150k or whatever, ETH starts to look pretty cheap. In summer, BTC 50k->100k seemed a lot easier than ETH 3k ->6k. If BTC is >150k, ETH doubling starts to seem “easier” than BTC doubling to 300k. It doesn’t matter though, because both will double from here, and those with bad timing but desire for both assets should likely just own both and avoid trying to trade ethbtc.

FYI for Plasma you need to sign up on Sonar (from echo) & complete all the steps before the public sale, not the deposit.
Obviously passing KYC early is good for the overall process because it avoids potential complications if you try to do it last minute like trillions of ppl.
