I’m reading tea leaves here in between my errands this evening, but if Senator Ossoff is among the Senators willing to support this “compromise” then to me that says the position to fight is has been deemed longer politically tenable. Ossoff is arguablely the most vulnerable Sente Dem up for reelection next year. Important to note: House Dems are not supportive of this effort AND just this morning NJ Governor-elect Sherrill said on CBS the promise of a vote is not enough.
