@BMW Great customer service at BMW Cardiff this morning. As it was too short notice for a hire car whilst my car is in for the recall work to be done, an Uber was paid for me to to get back home. Impressive and extremely grateful 🙏

@currys Have asked for a call out on my washing machine as there is water coming out underneath and have been told next appointment is the 9th May! My agreement letter states "we'll visit within 2 days". How is this acceptable? Not able to use the machine in over a week?

@parcelforce my daughter has recently saved her money to buy some earphones from Skull candy. She rcv'd a message to say that it had been delivered but nothing recvd or no card to say where it was left. Cannot talk to a human to query this. What can be done?

@fhindsjewellers Really disappointed went to do an online purchase using part payment of a lovetoshop gift card. Wouldn't accept it Spoke to online sales to be told that even though love to shop advertise "can be used at F.Hinds" apparently you cannot use these gift cards online?

@SubwayUK very disappointed. Ordered 2 salad boxes via Uber eats that we paid £18.00 for!! After spending so much it was very much a shock when they arrived with very little salad in. Your shops should be trained properly about giving value for money.

@SUBWAY ordered 2 salad boxes today through Uber eats and will definitely be the last time. It cost £18.00 yes £18.00 for just 2 salads, and when they arrived one box had next to nothing in there. Very disappointed.

@AsdaServiceTeam please can you let us know if you will return to old style round and finger rolls. Before the pandemic they were always so fresh, and stayed like that for a few days. No idea what has changed with them but they are no where near as nice, and barely keep. 😔

@TheRangeUK why are the corner protectors on your photo frames stapled on unnecessarily? They either protrude quite a lot but still unable to pull out, or are so far in, the remainder of the packaging is stuck beneath them?

@frankienbennys I understand the rule of 6 people to a table when booking, but how is it right that if we are booking for more than 6 we have to be opposite ends of the restaurant?! But yet we could have 6 other random people on the table next to us instead of our own family??

@asda I'm just sharing this as I was appalled. Barely managed to salvage 3 out of 8 Wraps. Really badly stuck together despite doing the usual lightly folding to get them to separate. 😣🤷‍♀️ This isn't the first time but never been this bad previously.
