The U.S. government writes far too many blank checks, spending borrowed money with no meaningful oversight.
Examples of waste, fraud, and abuse abound, which should surprise no one given how the government spends your hard-earned money.
It’s time for a constitutional reboot—one in which we review the proper role of the U.S. government and dramatically curtail spending accordingly.

People are concerned about paying their mortgage or rent, affording groceries and paying for gas, not about putting together a $1.8 billion fund for the President and his allies to pay whomever they wish with no legal precedent or accountability. This is adding to our national debt. If there needs to be a settlement, the administration should bring it to Congress to decide.

Because she has dementia and doesn’t remember being warned she’s called these scammers many times. Thankfully, their broken English drives her to me and I have prevented the scam from working. Keep it up FBI!

This legislation funds @ICEgov & @CBP through the end of @POTUS’ second term & ensures that Democrats can no longer hold this critically important funding hostage.
