I couldn’t vote today. My absentee ballot status was revoked because I’m unable to walk into local tax office with valid picture ID. Disabled / don’t drive / no DL = non~ citizen right to vote. #NoRightToVoteInGeorgia

Those who claim that those in pain will always lie to get meds are not helping take the stigma off of addiction or pain.

Dear Pain Friends… I very recently had oral surgery. My surgeon had to call my pain doc for okay on pain meds during and after surgery. He said NO. It was a lot of fun with only numbing shot. #PainTefugee #ChronicPain What’s the best pain # ?

@allthatjaz24 Bending over to pick something up off the floor. (Crouching down is even worse!) Bending my knees cuts off blood circulation and I start to faint.

@APainPrincess @Health_Sessions My doc is now refusing to treat my chronic pain. Sent me to strange female pain spec who wanted to treat me with 2X swim every week (bedridden went on stretcher) and fentanyl patches. Long story short, it didn’t work out. What’s your take on fentenyl patches?

@SheralVicki I have contacted every supposed palliative care facility in two counties. Nada. One said they would send someone to reevaluate me. That was weeks ago. Nobody. Nada again.

Help! What DIAGNOSIS do I have to have to get approved for PALLIATIVE care? My doctor has sent three companies to interview me and all have said I don’t qualify, even tho I can’t sit up or walk because of degenerative spine and great pain. #CPP
