@Matalan I placed an order on 2nd Oct for next day instore collection, but it never arrived. I contacted customer service, who said my order would arrive today... Still no confirmation text/email to say it's ready to collect. What is going on? Never had such terrible service b4.

@ancelbailey @TfL I'm in the same position as my son. Customer service said to claim for a refund if the system is still down when the 11-15 zip card expires. Surely, they should be able to extend the current accounts until the problem is resolved.

@TfL my son's 11-15 oyster expires at the end of September. I have tried to apply for a 16+ oyster card but your website says applications are currently suspended due to a TFL cyber security incident!! I tried phone without any success. Can you please advise how he is to travel?

@MarkSharon_DP @TfL When I called customer service on Sunday regarding my son's 16+, I was told the only applications they were processing were the 60+ ones, give them a call tomorrow and I'm sure they will sort it for you.

@TfL Oyster Card website down due to cyber incident - but nothing about what happens if one can't therefore renew Oyster 60+ cards before the deadline.

@TfL will you extend the 11-15 year old Oyster card for my 16 year old as I’m unable to get him a new one due to your site being down. Surely @TfL and @MayorofLondon doesn’t expect him to pay full adult fares on his commute to college next week!?

@Jogibbo @TfL @MayorofLondon I'm in the same position for my son. I was told the 11-15 oyster expires end of September. Hopefully, TFL will sort out the problem before then. If not, keep receipts and claim back for a refund.
