@AmazonHelp I'm trying to order knives. I appreciate this is an age restricted item but its asking me to put in my D.O.B and name on my payment card but when I do, I get this error. My partner gets the same error. So cannot actually make the purchase. How can I sort?

Can you tell me what makes this happen? I don't get this with other supermarkets so just trying to understand so I don't waste time.

@sainsburys on 2 occasions I have ordered via deliveroo and for some reason it takes you 30min to decide and then you reject the order. Its not down to stock as the first time this happened, I asked for someone to take me to the store and managed to collect all the items.

@Se_Railway what's happening on the Bexleyheath line. I'm currently on the late running 16.03 from Victoria outside Kidbrooke due to an issue. Any idea how long we will be waiting?

@Deliveroo my order keeps getting delayed. Assuming its not delayed any further why on earth is it appropriate for the driver have my food for 1hr. I don't mind it taking 1hr from start ti finish but just for delivery is wrong

@DeliverooHelp is it possible that when half an order has been left/not delivered, that rather than a refund/credit that I could get the actual items I ordered. I don't care if you need to send a driver back, it really messes things up if groceries for a meal are half missing.

@O2 how can I have 4G and full signal and not play a video? Or even search on twitter? I see more and more my phone claims one thing but is unable to do anything

@SamsungUK how come since the 16th March having my watch in powersaving mode means the Samsung health app can't give me the sleep details originally shown here? It clearly worked fine but not anymore. I can't have it normal mode as the battery is awful (always has)😔

@Specsavers if my glasses (arms) need adjusting, can I just pop in to store and wait? They were purchased at specsavers if that helps.

@TfL I don't mean the lines. I mean the subway that runs to the museums? There seems no obvious reason for it to be closed and causes congestion on the streets above

@lookfantastic I ordered extra products recently so I could get a deal of products based on the picture below. However 6 of the items were not supplied but were replaced with tiny samples. 3 of which perfumes and 2 sachets. I feel this is false advertising.

@Cami_D_x @LookfantasticCS This is what I got instead. 2 sachets and 3 perfume samples to make up for the 6 substantial products missing.

@Cami_D_x @LookfantasticCS I wouldn't bother. They basically claimed they had the wrong picture up but they didn't it from a none reply email and said they will give me £5 credit as it was a "free" item. It wasn't free as you had to spend 75 to get it and I purchased more to get it based on the products

@Cami_D_x @LookfantasticCS 2/2-shown in the pic. A few sachets of creams and perfume samples which I don't like no way covered what the box was advertised as worth. Yet if they had called me, to tell me what they could offer I would have asked them to cancel the whole order rather than waste money.

@AmazonHelp I keep getting this email. However there was no issue with that order and my address has instructions though they are never followed. Is it genuine?
