@ATT I know that people is trying to use AI but @Att have the worst customer service, it is becoming impossible to talk to a customer rep. Now a days! Thank to the automated answering machine that hangs up right when they don't know the answer to ur questions.

I’ve gotta figure out how to charge @TMobile for my time. They’ve been charging me $7 a month since last June. Called in February, They were going to stop charging me and cancel. They didn’t. Had to spend 3 hours making 4 calls to get a $28 refund and stop being charged🤦‍♂️. #fraud

If you are a @TMobile @TMobileBusiness CUSTOMER SWITCH CARRIERS! My 80+ year old mother was 100% discriminated against based on age. Told a phone was ordered through insurance & it was NOT. When I ASKED WHY, VERY CALMLY, was told to LEAVE the store or they will call the police. WHAT??? For asking why no phone was ordered? What is your name sir? I asked. Leave now or the police will be called. My mother’s microphone in the phones is broken, @AppleSupport sent her to @TMobile b/c THAT was where it was bought & insured. The agent was leaving for vacation the NEXT DAY & just wanted my mom out of the store. Told her a phone was ordered to come back the next day to pick it up. Went back the next day and NO phone was there. Told yo come back in TWO days. Went back today (WITH ME), and was told NO PHONE EVER ORDERED. This is when I asked why, and was told the police would be called. T-MOBILE IS DISCRIMINATORY TOWARDS SENIORS!!!

@TMobileHelp Having a terrible experience with T-Mobile billing after switching from other carrier. Even though my phone was discounted, I am getting charged full for the device every month. It's incredibly frustrating to have to call constantly just to get credits applied.
