@tmobile @ATT can either of you confirm if there is network issues or congestion in my area on your towers? We get zilch for reception for the past few weeks from verizon at our house. @SriniGopalan

@Verizon @VerizonSupport thanks for setting up the network case and finding out it is due to network congestion. However my follow up questions go on ignored or misunderstood. I may have to look at another provider for the safety of my family.

@Lowes Your Auburn Washington location should be closed or have employees that care. I walked up to someone yesterday looking to get a blind cut and he was like I will page someone 10-15 mins later I gave up on waiting. There was like 10 workers in the store at 12pm and all were at customer service desk.

@Verizon I don’t know what’s going on with the signal in my housing area. I went to Japan and everything was fine before I left. Come back 30 days later. The signal is one bar if even unless I get 1/8th mile away from our community and then it goes up to five bars immediately maybe 500 feet prior. There was no issues. Can you send an engineer to figure out what’s going on with the cell service?
