1st Jan is New Year’s Day : This is the day for pilots to Announce : “I can’t take it any more and am willing to do something about” Instead of cribbing about roster, fatigue, poor work life balance unfair labour practices & feeling you are bonded labour Do something about it: Only the pilot community can do something about it by showing SOLIDARITY Declare Ist Jan as Pilot Protest Day: Things will not get better only worse if you decide to lump it and take it. Get out and Yell “I can’t take it any more” spread the word We refuse to take it any more and declare Mayday Mayday Mayday 1st Jan is NO FLY DAY I know many of you lack the guts PIN a WHITE Ribbon on your Uniform LAPEL and announce that you are flying under PROTEST and FLY BY THE BOOK

Too little too Late @IndiGo6E Stop throwing peanuts as if your pilots were monkeys: Revert back to 70hrs guaranteed Flying allowance and utilise them to it. Revert back to Xweeks on Yweeks off to mitigate cumulative FATIGUE: You can offer it to Expats why not Indian pilots: Unless you are ready to lose Captains hands over Fists: Don’t expect Govt. Here my personal experience: My urban land was acquired in 1989: I was 40yrs old : I filed a reference it remained in the District courts till 2012 : I went to the Allahabad high court: the court send it back to District courts no action: Then the UP GOVT Set up Special Tribunals for all land acquisitions cases: I am now 76 and the case is still not resolved: 2) I was to be given possession of a builder flat in Delhi in 2006: The owner builder refused to register the Flat: Went to The Delhi High Court Tareek par Tareek upto mid 2010: Delhi High court transferred all cases less than 2Cr to district courts Finally got a verdict in 2021: the respondent appealed to the Delhi High court for stay: It is 2025 and the case has not come up stay hearing till now: Again Tareek pe Tareek @MLJ_GoI @DelhiHighCourt I Am Ashamed but you all are shameless

Hey Guys, As we introspect the Civil Aviation Scenario that unfold in December and gauging public attitudes It’s time that civil aviation stays stablished: It is expected that IndiGo &AirIndia pilots keep their heads down and not react to Airline Managements trying to push them to react: “THE REPORT” is out and I am certain that appropriate action will be taken against all wrong doers who acted against the PUBLIC INTEREST. The ELEPHANT in the room is pilot discontent, harassment, victimization and the poorest Pilot/PilotManagement relations among world Airlines for which @IndiGo6E is strangely proud of instead of being ashamed: IndiGo believes it has won the control of Civil Aviation battle as per jubilations in OCC & Flt(ops): Actually they have only poked the bear: They forget KARMA: That is their biggest folly. Having said that I am appealing to C of A Minister @RamMNK and Secy @MoCA_GoI to look into the very poor Industry workmen relations otherwise, sooner or later This will destabilize the India’s Air Transport Industry: They both should meet with @In_Alpa and a small group of pilots to understand the hostile treatment, harassment victimization and treatment literally as Bonded labour i.e, SALVES

Congrats, finally someone heard you. Today they will read this post and terminate him. Be careful of being thrown out of there too or no one will deliver to your farm house.
