I really wish we'd stop talking about diabetes like it's a thing you can just give yourself.
Klara@klara_sjo
Sometimes I think Americans are trying to develop type 3 diabetes.
English

@MoreOrLessAMess @235antz I cycle several thousand miles a year work 40 hours a week as a plumber and my sugar diet has put me at pre diabetes. It's only because of the sugar intake every day
English

@235antz Because she had existing risk factors exacerbated by sugar consumption and lack of exercise.
English

@JacobsBen It would be impossible for the sensors to pick it up since the sensors are at pitch height
English

@MineArtsNCrafts @NoContextHumans I have no doubt it's disgusting. I work as a plumber, not exactly a clean job, but exposure to germs is keeping my immune system healthy
English

@TVentolin @NoContextHumans You should probably also wash your phone… probably through a full dishwasher cycle. I bet it’s disgusting.
English

@pajeetfinderr @Docquistador In all fairness in the future when he watches them back he will go straight back to that moment and get to relive it again and feel it the same where as memories can fade or change in your head slightly
English

@Docquistador Why the fuck are u so worried about filming it. People are so dumb these days. Live in the moment not take dumb videos u can find them on the internet
English

@MineArtsNCrafts @NoContextHumans I hope you think about where that kitchen roll has been too. You wash that it's disintegrating anybody in the factory could have touched it 👀👀
English

@NoContextHumans I would just like to say how happy I am that they washed the bag first… You just never know what that bag has been through.

@Bangham10 @GerryThorne @wayneunfiltered You'd be absolutely shocked if you did an advanced riding course that is for sure calling him clown boy and whopper. Reading this thread there's only one person coming across as that
English

@GerryThorne @wayneunfiltered No, I like to stay alive really rather than squeezing between gaps and then having cars pulling out in front of you ... if you want to do that clown boy then you go ahead but don't moan if you get knocked off !! whopper
English

This footage shows a motorbike leaving the M1 at Junction 28 towards Pinxton. A car then appears to change direction, follow the bike, and drive in what I believe is an extremely reckless and dangerous manner.
One bad decision on the road can have life-changing consequences. Thankfully, everyone appears to be safe.
What do you make of this?

@NickMills6987 @JeffOrstad @ClownWorld No tips don't insure proper service your own professionalism does. I don't get tips and my work or customers don't suffer because of it
English

@JeffOrstad @ClownWorld No tips are to insure proper service. You are tipping the server for your laziness. Keep your dumb ass out of restaurants if you aren’t going to tip the person waiting on you properly.

@eggmeltbiscuit @GOLDBABYO Because that's not what is happening if you read it all, she isn't taking any money from her friends in the slightest, they've already directly benefitted from the rebate they don't need it all when they've only contributed to one card payment
English

@TVentolin @GOLDBABYO How does my comment not possibly sound like it’s in reply to the opening post?
English

I just booked a group trip and now I'm hiding an extra $250 from my friends. Am I the bad guy? We all agreed on an $850 hotel, but thanks to my fancy premium travel credit card, I managed to upgrade us to a five-star hotel with free breakfast and amenities for the *same price*. Everyone was stoked about the upgrade! I paid $1100 up front, expecting a $250 rebate that would bring our total to the $850 we budgeted.
English

@BahlestKimmie @1518ALJ @StanCollymore That's not necessarily what football fans want, the history of places make them more spectacular than just the aesthetic of a stadium, the only stadium I'm excited to see England at is the azteca, I've no idea what stadium they're playing at tonight
English

@1518ALJ @StanCollymore Exactly why the US was given the bid. And why the guy said the US could do it every 4 years and not use the same stadiums.
English

So could England and you'd have the added bonuses of..
The oldest football nation on earth with fans able to walk up to stadiums rather than being located 20 miles outside of the city in a former swamp. Walking past houses, cafes, pubs where you can feel the energy build.
Enjoy that pint and a sing song in a real pub in a real housing estate next to the stadium rather than 12 different concessions that all sell burgers at a mall/airport stadium concession centre.
Pricing that demands ALL fans can realistically attend rather than a cock waving wanker telling everyone he paid a million dollars for his ticket.
Communities that live a breathe the game instead of pretending they know what they're talking about for a month every 4 years.
Stadiums that are built for the game, generate noise rather than spaceship sized Disneylands that generate zero football atmosphere.
A chance for supporters to visit any one of 100 professional clubs stadiums in one small country, many within a 10 mile radius, where 150 year old rivalries have played out. You'll end up buying the shirt of a shitty club in a random town you've never heard of and it'll hit like crack for the rest of your life.
A travel experience by car or rail that could see you get to any ground from any other in 4, not 14 hours.
An opportunity to have jellied eels before going into the London stadium, jerk chicken or jollof rice at Arsenal , world class Balti pies at Villa Park or homemade top class pies at Anfield by @HomebakedBakery then sitting on the world famous Kop or beautiful new Everton stadium for a game.
Let the American mind boggle as St James's Park sits squarely in the City centre of Newcastle, not 20 miles out.
Stay in London and visit 15 or 16 professional clubs in one city.
Visit the @NFM_Shop and understand 150 years of English football culture, footballs and shirts that are half the age of your country, the world's most fascinating collection of football history.
Not everyone wants bigger, more expensive or corporate. Most fans across the globe proudly campaign for affordable pricing so that EVERYONE can enjoy and be a part of this sport.
I'll invite you to Spain and Portugal and Morocco , as my guest, for the next edition. Football cultures that from Seville to Barcelona to Bilbao to Marrakech to Lisbon to Porto to Vigo highlight difference in cultures, regions, cities and football experiences. A 24/7 living and breathing passion for the sport that unless experienced, cannot be fully comprehended or appreciated.
If you like big, corporate, burger concessioned, greed driven pricing, sure, America wins.
But if you want your mind blown, you'll go to a World Cup in Italy, Spain, England, Germany, Brazil, Argentina. I guarantee, even in jest, you'll realise how naive your comments are.
Mike Martignago@MikeMartignago
People may not want to admit this but the United States could easily host every World Cup and rotate cities without any issues. The number of high end facilities and venues across the country is insane. Think of the cities/venues that are NOT hosting matches
English

@Isowehthechef @starsgap @newreyreal2 Don't fall for the engagement bait. He wants you to be warm him money telling him how he is the dumbass
English

@eggmeltbiscuit @GOLDBABYO All you need to do is read the original tweet and then write a comment that might possibly sound like it's in reply to the opening post
English

@GOLDBABYO All you need to ask yourself is, “How would I feel if my friend was stealing $250 from me?”
English

@Abhishekkkk10 It depends what you want, not everyone wants something all singing dancing with bells and whistles on it. I'm interested in the football just need 4 stands and a pitch and then watch the greatness happen.
English

@Lea_EFC I'd rather watch Darwin missing 4 guilt edge chances every game as opposed to last season when nobody took any shots. He is box office to watch, anything is likely to happen
English

Darwin Nunez returning to Liverpool could be the best thing to ever happen to Football Twitter.
Here’s 155 seconds of Darwin Nunez doing Darwin Nunez things for your enjoyment 🤣
Anfield Watch@AnfieldWatch
According to a report in Uruguay Darwin Nunez will return to Liverpool this summer 😲
English

@Every_thing100 @fesshole Tbf when ordering a full English how the eggs are is never a specification that gets asked or requested generally. It's more an American, thing sunny side up doesn't really mean much to anyone here
English

@fesshole 18 years of greasy spoon loyalty, torpedoed by a rogue chef who treats the yolk like it's a piñata. Mate, just say 'sunny side up, yolk intact' next time instead of launching a one-man boycott. The yellow bit wars are upon us and we're all losing."
English

@Footy_Headlines @NathanPanter_52 Is it normal for the tag to be all in a different language and then a price sticker on like that?
English

𝐀𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐊𝐢𝐭 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐨 & 𝐀𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭
Arsenal shirt collector @NathanPanter_52 has posted images of the 26-27 home shirt bought for £136 that is missing both the Adidas logo and the club crest. The item is an official product - it is very uncommon that something like that happens.

English

@stationerycar @RobertFreundLaw When peloton the company got big, they thought they could hijack the word and stop YouTubers talking about actual pelotons in cycle races. They are not a peloton just a solo exercise bike but now it's their word
English

@RobertFreundLaw Ok on one hand yeah this is clear infringement if not protected by some satire exception, but on the other hand like patagonia is an actual place like do we need to call the place something else? South patagonia maybe?
English

@sardagaurav @Louis_Akindele So the arm hooking his leg in the instance is a foul? But I guess when madueke hooked the psg players arm and dragged him that still should have been a penalty?
English

@Louis_Akindele Don’t forget vitinha’s hand on rice’s calf holding him
English

Mad sequence. Rice wins ball cleanly. Vitinha hand balls it to take it away from rice. Vitinha holds rice leg. Rice clips neves but doesn’t stop him. Saka wins the ball cleanly off neves.
Referee… free kick to PSG. Investigate this guy. Check his property portfolio next year.

@WallisDave @TouchlineX @grok Grok didn't even look for you, on the stadium badge the players next to the arsenal badge are in their underwear
English

@TouchlineX @grok How about the apparent crowds in back streets and gardens on the right of the picture?
