I think one of the biggest things that sets apart #SamuraiSlaughterHouse from other #VR combat games is that it's very story driven. I'm afraid I haven't expressed that enough while marketing the game, so I made a trailer that teases a bit of the game's story. #Quest2 #PCVR

@Pirat_Nation No offense to the developer but he kind of sucks at doing visuals in Unity if he couldn't achieve the same lighting effects he did in the Godot screenshots.

Game developer Thomas Grové from Studio Interrupt recreated the same horror game in both Unity and Godot to compare the engines side by side, and the results were surprisingly one-sided. The project, a retro-style horror game called “Eyes Never Wake,” was built in both engines under the same conditions. According to Grové, Godot performed better in most areas affecting everyday development. >The engine started much faster, scripts compiled dramatically quicker, exports finished in seconds instead of minutes, and the install size was only a tiny fraction of Unity’s. >Godot launched in about 13 seconds versus Unity’s 80 seconds, and exporting took around 2 seconds in Godot compared to nearly 15 minutes in Unity. >The developer also found that Godot delivered stronger lighting and atmosphere, showing how much the engine’s visuals have improved.

@aaronggreen I think the simplicity of the geometry really makes details pop out. With modern, super realistic looking games, everything kind of just blend ins together to become a backfround.

Also I'm quick to go for someone throwing themselves at me rather than work to pursue someone that's not overtly interested in me.

You know what I’ll tell you? Women may be many things, but they rarely fail to show how they truly feel about a man. If this man and woman had been talking for two weeks before this date, believe me, there were more than thirty moments where she subtly showed that she was not genuinely into him. But he ignored the signs and convinced himself that if he took her out and spent money on her, she'd get wet for him. So he did. And here we are. The problem is that many men assume “playing hard to get” is a woman’s natural response to romantic interest. No. Very often, she is not playing hard to get. She is simply not into you. Ignore the signs and you'll see wonders.

@BillWiIdin I bring in about $100k before taxes. Most of the women I date I make around what I make or more though, so it wouldn't be an issue. You'd be surprised how many successful women just want a romantic partner and not a new parent to take care of them.

Men who make under $100k a year shouldn't even be thinking about dating. What are you offering a woman? a shared Netflix account and a dinner at Applebee’s? build some wealth first.

@staceybhtafc @big_ozed @samson_samsen That is pretty wild. I have the opposite problem where I want to date seriously but women just to be FWB. It's not the worst thing in the world but I wish they were more clear upfront about what they want before I get emotionally invested.

@dariyaighoda @samson_samsen You go on a date with someone to get to know them. Guys act like its required to spend money on dates. I personally just ask girls out dancing, hiking, or to yoga. Little to mo cost and I make sure they're compatible with my lifestyle. Plus dinner dates are boring.

@Cr7Godbrand To be fair, I treat my dog better than any person as well and all she does to help around the house is eat spiders and house flies.

Women will work 8hr hour shifts and still come home to serve their dogs that don’t pay bills or serve any physical, sexual, or long-term purpose their dog food, clean up the house the dog littered, walk their dog while also picking up his poop, walk him back, shower him, and still play with him until they go to bed. But coming home from work to cook a meal for the man that they will both eat is slavery, and the man who is footing the bills is a slave master. Dogs get better vip treatment than husbands.

@phresh_arrow Depends on the circumstance. My best friend's dad died and then his mom had a stroke, so he moved in to help take care of her.

Not saying no one died in 2020-2021, but how many people actually knew someone who died of Covid. And without comorbidity. Not many I think.

If its an attractive woman hitting on me, I don't mind, but otherwise it's pretty annoying to be disturbed by a stranger.
