@AudioBlaupunkt When I try to track my order using the order number mentioned in the order confirmation email, I get a 'order not found' notification. I have been trying to get help via WhatsApp, email but no response. Bad #customerservice experience for a 1st time user.

@RNTata2000 its unfortunate that we #MiddleClassFamilies have to put up with #Tata companies services failing at every level these days. After a next day delivery promise, @cromaretail delays delivery indefinitely and also stops answering our calls on purpose. #PleaseHelp

.@WhatsApp what's going on with #WhatsAppWeb? My phone has internet (I sent a WhatsApp msg from my phone to check) and my laptop too has a strong internet connection (I am tweeting this from my laptop). Then why does it keep telling me to ensure my phone has an active connection?
