When will #Mumbai or #Pune turn to ZERO cases as @mybmc @PMCPune is not hiding true data. The Pandemic has swallowed almost 2 academic years resulting in huge learning losses. Open schools on hybrid model or at least for Board students (Gr. 10/12) to begin with, vaccinated staff.

In response to an intimation by the School Education dept #Maharashtra to education boards, I believe the IB Board has appreciated their communication as a best judge of the local context & will be informing the IB schools in Maharashtra of their decision in the coming few days.

The School Education dept of Maharashtra has intimated to all National & International boards - (CBSE, CISCE, Cambridge and IB) about the decision to postpone SSC & HSC exams & to reconsider their exam dates since it's not conducive to conduct exams at this stage in Maharashtra🙏

@CambridgeInt - pl look at relaxing the 13 month rule for carry forward of AS marks to A Levels. In a pandemic year where students have been deeply impacted by school closure - a rule that doesnt allow students to carry forward AS marks from March 2020 to June 2021 is v unfair
