@HSBC@HSBC_IN@hopper the most pathetic service ever.I made a hotel booking and paid the money. The team is refusing to give me an invoice of the stay. They have just sent an internal pdf document and claiming for it to be a tax invoice. Customer care has absolutely no knowledge

@airvistara - Had the worst experience traveling with an infant on an international flight. Highly insensitive ground staff and inexperienced/ unresponsive customer care. Seems like everyone is in a notice period.
