@MOHELA has not processed my IDR plan change request. I submitted it on June 5, 2025. Now it's Febr 25, 2026. That is 265 days later. Stop the delay, process my IDR plan change request immediately.

Following up on my unresolved PSLF case. 117/120 payments completed. SAVE forbearance continues against my requests, IDR application pending since June 2025, Buyback request pending since Nov 2024.

@arsheffey @AdamSMinsky is there any hope for me and people in my position? It truly feels hopeless. No answers. No consistency. No accountability. Borrowers should not be blocked from forgiveness due to administrative delay, intentional or unintentional.

I've worked in the public sector (not-for-profit healthcare) for 12+ years. Never missed a payment. Not asking for a handout. Asking for justice according to the law. @USGAO @UtahAG

They delegate that work to Privia. Good for Privia, and probably better for the health system too because they transform much much faster.
