Trade the mania, profit from the mania, just don't dilute yourself to believing the mania is some new financial era. It never has been, it likely never will be. Don't trade hope, trade the market. Have some sense and you may well profit more than you loose after the bubble pops.

Yes. Writing is not a second thing that happens after thinking. The act of writing is an act of thinking. Writing *is* thinking. Students, academics, and anyone else who outsources their writing to LLMs will find their screens full of words and their minds emptied of thought.

@ChasePadusniak A buddy ordered a hose stand. The package he was sent said it was a garden hose stand. But it was mispacked with a leveling rake. He asked me "what is this" I told him "it's a leveling rake" and explained what they're for. An hour later, he started getting land leveling ads.

Could be she'd have to subdivide the land to do this, could be the dwelling design does not meet code, etc. But it's nothing to do with the property being a "small village" that's the entire premise of suburban communities.

This woman OWNS 37 acres of land. The government STILL told her she can’t put a tiny home on it. “I said, I own the land. It's massive. What's the problem?” Even when you own the land, the government still tries to tell you what you're allowed to do with it.

@anotora_ @Urart3 We don't allow prisoners to have sex because our prisons are not about rehabilitation, they're about punishment. Conjugal visits were a common way to move contraband. And, inmates getting women pregnant with no ability to provide for the child. These are non-factors for zoos.

@MissVega8888 If that were there approach, I'd clear the land and re-sell it. If they were respectful, I'd work out accommodations. If they wanted the land for hunting, they should have collectively bought the land. If they want accommodations from the owner, they should be respectful.
