For those who have tattoo’s. Is it similar to wearing your favourite shoes, watch, shirt… and then you kind of get bored of it? Obviously there are cultural/personal tats that you wanna keep forever. Would you want to remove them or is it too painful? Tats that only last a few years would be a billion dollar idea.

So a few points in no particular order...
-BHP is actively placing it's QLD coal mines on review due to not making any money largely due to onerous royalties/tax
-struggling wind farms get (more) taxpayer support
- Snowy 2.0. a literal fustercluck
-ppl bleat about 'fossil fuel subsidies' when it's a road tax not payable when used off road
-the exact same road tax exemption that will be used by every wind farm during construction for fuel through trucks/diggers/cranes etc
-will tell you with a straight face Nuclear is too expensive
-'gas companies pay no tax' line that one can see is BS from 5 minutes on the ATO website of corporate tax payers (ex royalties).
- the 'solution' to the above is to tax productive industry more while subsidising dead projects ( wind, snowy)
-gov scratches head as to why our productivity is in the shitter, power bills and cost of living at highs (will go higher yet)
-the same side will look at all of the above, and decry capitalism/ greedy corporates as the problem while we continue to cripple the productive and hand out to useless projects and NDIS operators charging $5k for a small stool so midgets can reach the top shelf.
- and while all this is going on, will keep immigration taps wide open to make headline GDP higher so the policy failures are ignored at swanky WEF/G20/climate summits and can point to a growing economy.
- meanwhile we have the most vulnerable in society unable to secure housing and afford what until relatively recently was a nice middle class lifestyle
- but will vilify Gina for providing said support for veterans directly.
- zero checks on the quality of immigration either, crime is getting out of hand and judiciary seems unable or unwilling to keep repeat offenders off the streets.
-Tour guides are classed as 'skilled migration' (literally not joking) so we aren't actually bringing in tradies to help build more houses either
- if you look at all of the above and correctly identify the current direction is actively making things worse for the typical person and even *THINK* about voting one nation you're a racist.
This tweet wasn't meant to be this long.. I'm sure I've missed more than a few
Bonus point -Snowy 2.0.

Congratulations to the Muslims in Lakemba who forced the PM to leave the mosque.
You just played right into Pauline Hanson, Angus Taylor, the RW media and every racist and Islamaphobes hands!
You really and truly fucked it up!
He went there in good faith.
You spat on him and the racists are cheering!

He attended a funeral, got married, and watched his son born.
Four days later, Mathew Hopkins flew back to Afghanistan.
He was a Brisbane boy, Kenmore State High School, Brisbane Broncos, Queensland Maroons.
He enlisted at seventeen, made Corporal before his twenty-first birthday, and by 2008 was commanding a section of ten soldiers in Uruzgan Province, leading joint patrols alongside Afghan National Army forces in some of the most contested country in the province.
The R&R leave came through in late February 2009. He flew home to Newcastle. Victoria’s grandmother was buried. They married in a registry office. Alexander was born. Then the four days were up.
On 16 March 2009, Hopkins was leading a patrol near the village of Kakarak, twelve kilometres north of Tarin Kowt. Around twenty insurgents opened fire from behind compound walls, rifles and rocket-propelled grenades. Hopkins was killed in the contact. He was 21. Alexander was three weeks old.
A Canadian piper, Master Corporal James Gendron, played at his ramp ceremony at Williamtown. The Australians gave him a small plush koala afterwards. Gendron named it Hoppy and has carried it to military events around the world for fifteen years.
Alex Hopkins grew up marching on Anzac Day wearing his father’s medals. Victoria and Alex still attend the Champion Section Commander ceremony at Singleton each year, where the trophy in Mathew’s name goes to the soldier who leads best.

“The worst kind of inflation is geological inflation”… and I will point you to the likes of Northern Star (A$38bn company down 19% today) and Codelco (worlds largest copper producer) as examples. NST is fighting some 30yr old plus geology and Codelco some 50-100yr old geology… like pushing sh*t uphill.
Fresh, new, close to surface, untouched minerals please..
