Major milestone for air taxis in the US 🇺🇸 Today the @USDOT and @FAANews selected our partners in Texas, New York, and Florida for the White House’s eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP). Like recent robotaxi pilot initiatives, this program creates a first-of-its-kind pathway to help bring the first new category of aircraft in nearly 80 years to market. We will now work directly with partners in Texas, New York, and Florida to begin laying the groundwork for early Midnight operations in those states later this year.

In an industry first collaboration, Archer will bring Starlink onboard Midnight, providing our future passengers with reliable high-speed internet, a critical part of the world-class flying experience we plan to deliver. Beyond passenger internet access, Archer plans to utilize Starlink to enable communications between Midnight, pilots and engineering teams on the ground, helping to support the company’s air taxi connectivity infrastructure. Archer and Starlink also plan to work together to develop a connectivity solution that can help power Archer’s future development of autonomous aircraft.

Got our airworthiness cert for N704AX. About to enter the fleet! Been grinding the last month in ground test. Final checks, safety of flight and then she begins the piloted VTOL campaign. Teams been fighting through the atmospheric river that hit CA this week. #aircrafts

Here's a look behind the scenes of our first annual Pilot Summit where we invited pilots from leading airlines all over the world including @united, @SouthwestAir, @JAL_Official_jp, @ADxAviation, and more to Archer HQ to meet our team and Midnight. The visit included talks from Archer leadership, aircraft familiarization sessions, a look at our manufacturing facilities, time in the Midnight flight simulator and a tour of our aircraft and flight test facilities in Salinas.
