Yep. Just a simple fact of you driving by it will ping your phone and pull all the data it's emitting. Your individual device "I.D." Telemetry all kinds of stuff. It basically runs off features your phone already has because your phone is constantly trying to Ping cell phone towers so your phone is basically just ratting you out everywhere you go You think that's bad... Places like Walmart Target etc etc they use flock and similar systems and then inside these facial recognition and gate analysis. When you pull in the parking lot not only do they recognize your vehicle and all the devices in your vehicle and on you, they recognize the way you walk they recognize your face and they know what purchase you make whether you use cash or card and they put you in the system and it might not have your name but an ID number assigned to you.. some of these big corporations systems are so vast that the federal government will go to them when they need analytical help finding people.. that's why the lefties were freaking out about ice working with Target. Target's database is so vast that it gives them a good starting point if they have a little bit of info on somebody The truly terrifying part is all of these extremely overreaching 1984 ask technofascists corporations all share data. Sometimes it's not as straightforward as here take this thumb drive but they will work together or with third parties and guess what here's the kicker..... palantir and other groups like it work with them or buy up all the data too.... it's all going in to the pot so to speak and it's much much worse than you or I or anyone else could truly realize. The time to do something about this was putting up safeguards 40 years ago but that never happened and now there's no turning back. If they erode any more of our constitutional protections you couldn't get away with stealing a pencil eraser. The only reason so many people get away with so much is because there's not enough police on the ground to charge everybody with everything.... Welcome to the machine

@suburbancontra That depends entirely on gas prices and my ability to keep up with demand. I will definitely be going to MR Fallout this year and possibly to MR Texas next year.

@BePrepared72 I stopped a couple of times to take a nap. The final hour of driving was under the safe, wakeful embrace of extremely loud 80’s heavy metal. I find it’s not possible to fall asleep while screaming Seek and Destroy.

I advertise my 2m antenna works well on MURS as a bonus band because ground plane antennas have a large bandwidth. I didn’t think much of it because not many people use MURS. I had my first ask specifically about MURS and was happy to see my antenna works well on it!
