Wow, @British_Airways. Mechanical delays have cost us 3 hours at LHR and you close the doors and turn on the engines so we “taxi” at 2:56 late. Yet we’re still at the gate. Clever way to avoid long haul penalties. And only staffed half of club world with meat mains. Abysmal.

@British_Airways 191. LHR to AUS. Still sitting at the gate while the aircraft is put in the taxi queue. Mechanical prob. First flat tire. Then needed new computer. We had to deplane and reboard. Flight crew and FAs gave been exceptional.
