@TheQuartering I do this on the regular. When I'm at work, I silence my phone. I just get text on my watch, which is the only real way to get a hold of me. Makes for a much easier day. Half the time I forget to turn it back on. So peaceful. I usually still watch youtube for nerd stuff.

Doing a Phone/Internet detox this weekend. There are a lot of reasons for it, but I'm also hoping it will help me get a more restful sleep. I've been having trouble sleeping for the last 5 or 6 months. Hence , the giant bags under my eyes.
