@AmazonHelp I’m in your chat with a supervisor who has basically confirmed your new policy is to try and double charge customers for items illegally. They will not do anything to fix the issue and it keeps happening again and again to me and others. It’s a very obvious scam.

@amazon @AmazonHelp again today I was charged for items I returned and was told I wouldn’t be charged for. I also got a new one saying I will be charged for something I returned and you marked as the wrong item. This keeps happening and it’s obvious you have some illegal scam going to try and steal money from customers.

@amazon @AmazonHelp it has become obvious that your customer service team no longer can fix your screw ups and it’s getting worse. I personally will be not only canceling prime but deleting my account. You are doing everything possible to steal people’s money every chance you get

I decided to order something yesterday against my better judgement and paid the extra for 1 day faster garage delivery and then they changed the delivery date today to be for the day I could have gotten it free. I have canceled my prime and just sick of all the issues.

Every single time I do not receive any credit for my trouble. I just called tonight and the agent told me they lie about credits all the time.

@CODUpdates WOW! Not only are bugs not fixed you made more! Now the exfil choppers will drop you in the storm and not take you out. Then finally when the match ends drops you in the lobby with all the gear you went in with. GREAT JOB!
