@IBS_Maastricht Thanks, Daniel. In fact, we explored the various symptom-based criteria as manifestations of root causes in our first draft, but was culled to fit the 500 w limit! The dial has moved little since the 80s-limited treatment options and high NNT. Need a fundamental shift in ideology
