Trading is funny sometimes. Trimmed $MU and $ARM down to runners… and now they’ve built themselves right back into full positions. That’s the beauty of strong trends-they let you get paid, keep some exposure, and press again when the setup comes back. Same leaders. Different entries. Stick with what’s working.

$TSLA (long via $TSLL) I don’t typically trade below the 200 SMA, but making an exception as I like the structure and recent character change. Classic wedge pop → EMA cross back → breakout. My SL would be at breakeven into the 200 sma, a break above is where it can really move.

Looks like we got our answer.

$ARM first pullback to the 10 EMA and a nice hammer print. I’m down to a runner, but added today on the pullback. These are often your “second mouse gets the cheese” moments-the exact pullback you wait for where you get good asymmetric risk. Miss it and you could find yourself back in the same spot-watching, not participating. If it doesn’t work, it’s a controlled, minimal loss.

Everyone wants the pullback… until they get the pullback. “Too extended, I’ll build my watchlist and wait for the pullback.” Pullback comes: “Price action looks soft...” “Market doesn’t feel healthy...” “I’m not sure I trust this...” Then market turns, reclaims, and rips. “Are you kidding me… I’m locked out again!” If you’ve been tracking the leaders in the right themes, that pullback is often the spot you were waiting for. No such thing as a 100% guarantee, but when everything lines up and you get that fat pitch down the middle, you have to swing. That hesitation, often driven by fear or doubt, is what so often turns a real opportunity into a missed one-the irony is it’s the pullback you were waiting for… and you end up missing the move twice.

Looks like the headline-driven trade is back this morning with the NASDAQ set to open down over 1%. I welcome it-leaders got stretched on this recent run and need a reset. That’s where new opportunities come from. Keep your watchlist tight, stay patient, and be ready to act when setups start to line up. Not saying it’s today-just be ready.
