Delighted to perform and transmit a live case from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada for the @TurinCTO_CHIP Meeting 2026 in Turin, Italy. As always, this is a fantastic meeting with a great agenda, content and faculty. Indeed, it was a great honour to be able to contribute and participate in this. We treated a proximal LAD CTO in a young patient using a retrograde approach through a challenging PDA-D1 epicardial collateral. A big thanks to Roberto Garbo and Andrea Gagnor for the invitation. One last message before the launch of Artemis II...

Significant stent overhang from previous PCI. When protrusion is >5 mm (3-4 struts) it’s very difficult to cannulate the mouth. we airmailed a wire from 3D RC. IVUS probe couldn’t be passed predilatation, created a side flap. Dissection was non-flow limiting,Would you stent this!

Pt with SOB. CT notes ascending aortic thrombus. Despite anticoag, has CVA w/in 24h of initial CT. Residual clot in TEE “blind spot” ->ICE guided aspiration with angiovac. ICE introduced via left brachial artery. Just seen for his yearly follow up, doing great! Done with @SEH_MD

A screening test should start prevention, not intervention 🫀 If CAC sends an asymptomatic patient straight to the cath lab, the problem isn’t the test , it’s misuse. The solution is education, not abandoning CAC @EricTopol
