Ordered on Dec 5th. Received a broken disc on Dec 9th. Today is Dec 13th, and @amazonIN still hasn’t resolved it. If I reorder now, it’ll take 4 more days to arrive. 12 days wasted for a game I could’ve just bought at a store. @JeffBezos, is this acceptable? FIX THIS.
