Ordered on Dec 5th.
Received a broken disc on Dec 9th.
Today is Dec 13th, and @amazonIN still hasn’t resolved it.
If I reorder now, it’ll take 4 more days to arrive.
12 days wasted for a game I could’ve just bought at a store.
@JeffBezos, is this acceptable? FIX THIS.

@AmazonHelp Seems like today amazon wants the money not the customer satisfaction. So there are more other platform which i will give business instead of amazon . No need to mention here how much i ordered in one month.

@AmazonHelp Already filled not getting any resolution yet copy paste material received in the mail. There is no such kind of hope given to me for my resooution. I hope we broke over here and not doing business with you anymore . Furthermore i suggested and spread this story to my followers.

@AmazonHelp The same problem received again now in December . I raised complaint in every 2 or 3 months. Is there any technical desk who can resolve for a long time so that we received order on time . Or just type in simple words not to use amazon furthermore.
