Today a lost my former teacher, and later mentor and friend of almost 40 years, Dan Dennett. I cherished our personal brainstorms, as recently as a few months ago. I will miss him so much. My thoughts are with Susan and their family.

Today we had to say goodbye to Maggie, a dear member of our family. Maggie was 13, she was a sweet and gentle giant. We will miss her dearly. Maggie was a good dog.
